How do I get an appointment?
Access is by admission. First request your admission and, after a brief assessment of your dog, we arrange the first visit. There is no direct online booking.
Do you care for any breed and size?
Yes, from toy breeds to giants. We tailor each service and its price to your dog’s size and coat type.
How does home pick-up work?
We collect and return your dog to your home within Marbella and the Costa del Sol, in safe, climate-controlled vehicles. Ask us about coverage and prices by area.
What documentation does my dog need?
For day care we ask for an up-to-date vaccination record. For grooming and spa it is not required, though we always assess your dog’s health on the first visit.
Can I combine several services on the same day?
Of course. Many clients combine several treatments. Mention it in your admission request and we will arrange it.
